Dad made it early Thursday morning, and he brought Kyla with him.
Kyla got a chance to hold her baby sister for the first time. She thought that was pretty great. Kamryn's "little sister" outfit was waaayyyy to big for her, but we snapped some pictures anyway.
Not a particularly flattering picture, but nonetheless, a picture of Kamryn and me.
Mom made it late afternoon Thursday after working the night before and was thrilled to meet her new granddaughter.
Des and Lexi also came to visit that afternoon. Kyla was so excited that Lexi had come! Lexi was much more enthused about the new baby than Kyla was.
And finally, I had to snap a picture of the kind doctor who delivered Kamryn and took such good care of the both of us throughout my pregnancy.
All of the staff at the hospital went out of their way to see that we were comfortable and well taken care of. The nurses were extraordinarly kind. We are really grateful for such a great hospital.
